Why is my checkout price different from the price advertised?

We double-check every product before adding it to the catalog, so there can only be two reasons for the checkout price to be different:

1. Extended Download Service enabled by default. 99 times out of a hundred, that's the reason behind a slight price difference — the product simply comes with the Extended Download Service enabled by default. EDS is a service offered by RegNow, our payment processor, which lets you store your software download on a secure server for backup purposes.

EDS typically adds a few dollars to the final price, but is entirely optional. If you don't need it, just remove it from the shopping cart (tick the checkbox under Remove, then click the Update button.)

2. Browser or cookies-related problem. This is very rare, but sometimes things just happen. If you're looking at a shopping cart price that's not discounted at all, it's probably a browser glitch.

Please clear your browser's cookies and try again. (With Internet Explorer, you may have to close all browser windows and restart the browser.) You can also try ordering using a different browser, like Firefox, Safari, or Opera.

If nothing above works, please let us know as soon as you can, so we can look into the problem immediately.

I'm an existing customer, do I get a bigger discount?

Yes! If you ever bought anything from us in the past, we'll be happy to give you an extra 5% OFF of any new purchase.

Before you proceed, please read below to fully understand how the system works:

1. Each Order ID can only be used once. You can use an Order ID to request one additional discount. The discount can only be used once, and is limited to one product of your choice.

2. What about Order IDs from refunded orders? If you bought something from us, then made a refund, you are still eligible for a bigger discount. We believe it's not the customer's fault the product didn't live up to your expectations, and we want to thank you for buying from us again.

3. A small number of products cannot be discounted further. We'll give you an extra 5% OFF of 99% of software titles on this site. However please understand that a small number of products cannot be discounted further. That's a technical limitation, and there's nothing we can do about it.

How do I locate the Order ID for a previous order made through your site?

Once your order has been processed, RegNow (the payment processor) and/or the product's vendor will send you a Registration Confirmation email. This email contains your Order ID, product license or key, and other important information.

I'm trying to request a bigger discount but the page says the Order ID is not valid?

This error occurs when the Order ID is entered in an invalid format. A valid Order ID can only contain digits and dashes. To avoid getting this error, simply copy and paste the Order ID from the Registration Confirmation email you received after your order had been processed.

I sent you an email a while ago, and didn't hear back?

Our team responds to every request within 1 business day or less. If you didn't get a response, most likely it's an email problem.

If you're using some sort of spam protection (AOL, Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail users have this enabled by default), please be sure to whitelist all email from the @bestpricepicker.com domain.

Also, please check your Spam or Junk folder for any messages from us your spam filter might have mistakenly blocked, and mark them as "Not Spam".

Will a product bought through your site be any different from the vendor's version?

No. Every product you buy from us is 100% identical to the one on the vendor's site, except for the price, which is invariably lower with us. In other words, you are always buying a 100% original, legal copy of the product — at a very good price.

How do I get customer support for products bought through your site?

Support is provided directly by the product manufacturer. Just visit the product manufacturer's site, and contact the vendor directly.

With over 10,000 products in our database, we simply do not have the resources to provide tech support. However, if you are having trouble contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us for assistance and we'll do our best to help.

How do I check my order status?

Please click here to check your order status. You'll need to provide the order's ID number, and either the last 4 digits on your credit card, or your email address.
